Cold Rolled Steel Sheet
It is the form of aluminium or painted products as roller blinds. Roller blinds can be drawn from the aluminium sheet sizes you want.
- Roller blinds, 1000 mm wide material
the useful area is 800 mm.
- If the roller blind is drawn from material 1250 mm wide, the useful area is 950 mm.
- Radius spacing 3 cm (distance between two groove widths), Radius height can be adjusted between 10-20 mm.
- Plate Thickness: Min. 0.30 mm / Max. 0.70 mm
Sheet Length: Min. 1000 mm / Max. 3200 mm
Plate Useful Area Width: 804 mm (Tolerance: +25 mm, -15 mm)

Explanations
- Tensile test values are applied to “transverse” test specimens.
- “Min. % elongation” values are reduced by 2 units for products with a thickness range of 0.50 mm < t < 0.70 mm including coating, by 4 units for products with a thickness range of 0.35 mm < t < 0.50 mm, and by 7 units for those with t < 0.35 mm.
- The upper value of yield strength for surface quality A shall be 360 MPa.
- The warranty period applies to products with B and C surface quality.
- For products with a thickness of 1.50<t<2.0mm, the r90 value is reduced by 0.2 units.
- The warranty periods specified in the table start on the date when the material is reported to be produced and ready for dispatch.
