Flap Disc

It is a product in the flap disc sanding family. These discs are multi-layered and consist of overlapping sections or ‘flaps' of abrasive material. These flaps consist of polycotton or polyester backing material to which abrasive minerals are bonded, which are then layered and bonded to a backing plate. The backing plate ensures that the flap disc remains stable and gives the product its unique properties.
