Facade Panel
Facade panels are facade panels consisting of double-sided painted galvanised sheet metal with polyurethane, PIR, EPS and rock wool filling in the middle. Facade panels can be produced in different patterns and colours. They are heat and sound insulated panel facade cladding systems that can be decorative at the same time, especially used on the facades of factory buildings.

Facade panels have different decorative surfaces suitable for the modern age. Facade panels with these patterned surfaces are special products that bring architectural works from the project environment to real life. Facade panels, which can be mounted vertically and horizontally, continue to be attached after 15 m vertically and can reach unlimited height without attachments horizontally.
Filling properties of facade panel systems vary according to the type of project and what will be produced in the factory environment. In areas with high fire risk, it would be a more accurate determination by choosing stone wool fillings with high fire resistance. Rock wool filling gives the panel high resistance against fire thanks to the A1 fire class feature of rock wool.
It is possible to use stone wool filled facade panels as fire walls at the same time. For example, there is a risk of fire in one area and we want to prevent it from spreading to the other area. In this case, a fire wall is formed with the installation of stone wool filled facade panels on the steel construction created with the help of simple steel construction. Thanks to the fire wall, the fire risk in the other environment does not pose a risk to the other environment.
Polyurethane filled facade panels are frequently used facade panel products. Polyurethane filled facade panels constitute the facade panel systems with the highest product variety. Polyurethane filled facade panels are also divided into two according to their fire resistance. The fire resistance of two different filling products called polyurethane and PIR is divided into B2 class fire resistance in polyurethane and B1 class fire resistance in PIR. PIR filler with B1 class fire resistance is an improved version of polyurethane by obtaining complications thanks to different chemicals. Smoke emission rate and flammability during fire are lower than polyurethane.
In addition to polyurethane and rock wool filling, it can be produced in polystyrene filled facade panels. EPS as well as polystyrene filled facade panels are lighter than other panels. This is because the density of polystyrene filling is less than other filling materials. Fire resistance B1 is an advantage among other product groups.
Thanks to the feature of the raw material in its structure, it does not emit various gas emissions to the environment, so it is frequently preferred in living spaces such as containers.
