Cold Drawn Lama Iron

The process of drawing hot drawn iron billets by reprocessing is called cold drawing. The purpose of cold drawing process is durability, strength, flexibility and smooth outer surface. Cold Drawn Lama iron is the most robust and durable iron produced recently and is the main carrier and cornerstone of steel constructions. One of the main purposes of the product used in steel construction structures and automotive structures is to strengthen the supports of the structures, to strengthen the bond between two profiles or between the floor and the ceiling. Hot drawing is obtained as a result of drawing the irons, which are subjected to cold drawing procedure, through different procedures. While hot drawn bars are turned into hot drawn bars, it is aimed to be more durable, flexible and smooth on the outer surfaces. Hot drawn flat bars are hot rolled in long rectangular sections and have a flat form. Hot rolled bars can be used as foundation reinforcement in construction and similar structures, as well as for decorative purposes in railing iron joinery.

Cold Drawing Lama Iron Procedures

Surface cleaning procedure:

As a first step in this procedure of hot-drawn logs It is applied to remove unwanted crust and burrs on the surface. High pressure iron granules are sprayed onto the surface and the surface is smoothed.

Withdrawal procedure:

Surface cleaned logs After the first stage, it is prepared to be drawn in the desired calibre. For this purpose, the material is laid on the drafting beds and the surfaces are coated with a lubricant. The desired size moulds are placed. By pulling the logs from the beginning to the end through moulds.

Smoothing procedure:

The one that comes out of the withdrawal procedure of cold drawn material strength is achieved by a straightening procedure by passing through rolls and presses. Round materials are additionally polished.

Cutting procedure:

At this stage cold drawn The material is cut to the desired length and dimensioned.

Normalise, heating procedures:

Cold drawn One of the procedures applied to increase the properties of the material is renormalisation and renormalisation of the material. heating procedures. During this procedure, the outer surface of the material is not affected, it remains the same smoothness. Only the strength of the material increases, the degree of curvature increases.

Quality control procedure:

The material coming out of production goes through inspection and control. The aim is the highest quality production and customer satisfaction.
