Steel Wire Mesh

Steel mesh is a concrete steel, which is manufactured from S220 steel by cold drawing and ribbed, has high strength and is generally used in construction. Steel mesh bars, Bst IVb or Bst 50/55 (RK) according to international criteria, are obtained by cold drawing (cold rolling) of normal St I iron with low carbon and specially ribbed in the process. The production of steel mats is carried out by cutting the bars wound on drums during drawing to the desired lengths in automatic straightening and cutting machines and then weaving them in electronically applied spot welding machines. Steel mesh production is carried out in accordance with TS 4559, DIN 488, BS 4483, ASTM-A 497 criteria.

Types

Standard steel mesh in two types as R and Q are produced.

R TYPE MATS: It is used in slabs and support equipment operating in one direction. All types R type mats length bar spacing is 150 mm, width bar spacing is 250 mm.

Q TYPE MATS: It is used in slabs and reinforced concrete structural elements working in both directions.

Length and width bar spacing is 150 mm.

Standard mats are 5.0/2.15 m. Simple to transport. Length bars can be double, width bar is always single. Special production is also made, maximum length bar is 8 m, maximum width bar is 2.80 m. Each section cm2/m. Special wire mesh is manufactured.
