Galvanised Profiles

Galvanising, especially against rust, is done to extend the life of metals that will work outside in all weather conditions. If chromate is coated on the galvanised metal, the life of the metal is extended. Iron material should be designed at the construction stage to be suitable for galvanising. In other words, galvanised profiles are long-lasting and are used more than anti-rusty profiles. Galvanised profiles are produced from galvanised sheet metal. In addition, it can also be produced by the method of subsequent dipping of black profiles. However, galvanised profiles produced in this way are not long-lasting. Therefore, products made of galvanised sheet or hot-dipped products should be selected.

Areas of Use

Galvanised profiles are used in most construction projects, exterior cladding, machine construction, in most interior spaces for decoration, in the need to use profiles in wet floors such as pools and jacuzzis, in structures such as steel construction steel roofs, etc., in iron joinery, and most importantly in agriculture and agricultural greenhouse installation. Galvanised profiles are made by galvanising standard profiles. The purpose of the galvanising procedure is to prevent further rusting. The most common technique for galvanising is hot-dip galvanising, which involves dipping the profiles in a zinc bath. Galvanised profiles have similar characteristics to standard profile products, but galvanised profiles offer many advantages. Galvanised versions of oval profile and square profile products are also available in standard versions. These galvanised profile products are used in places where resistance and durability are mandatory. Within these profile sizes, there are various sizes that you can find a solution for your needs. Galvanised profiles made of galvanised sheet and galvanised sheet are also used for decoration purposes. Since it is a material with high paint retention, it is possible to use these profiles in a decorative way in buildings or open areas by painting. Thanks to its durability and load holding feature, these materials are also preferred in roof construction.
