Galvanised Threaded Sleeve Pipe
Water Plumbing Pipe, also known as black pipe, galvanised pipe, galvanised threaded sleeved pipe, tested pipe in the sector, is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) and DVGW (Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches) certified. With the help of these certificates obtained in North America and Germany, it is possible to use it in drinking water installations. One end of our galvanised pipes is sleeved and one end is plugged and protective galvanised spray is applied on the threads. In this way, it is protected from corrosion.

What does the sleeve do?
The question of what the sleeve, which has an important place for many different installations, is among the curious topics. Sleeves are generally evaluated to bring 2 pipes together. It is also a threaded installation structure. Thus, it brings the relevant area together more effectively as a connection pipe. They are the most important parts that allow pipes to be brought together in many different areas and used in a robust manner and for many years. It is commonly used both in the industrial field and in home or workplace installations.

Galvanised Threaded Sleeve Pipe Galvanising Norms
Galvanised Water Plumbing Pipes, hot dip galvanised coating is produced according to the principle of galvanising. The most critical point for the quality of galvanised coating in the galvanising process to be performed by hot dip method is whether the pipe raw material is suitable for galvanised coating. The ability of steels to receive galvanised coating is understood by looking at the P (Phosphorus) and especially Si (Silica) values they contain.
