Industrial Pipe
Industrial pipes are manufactured from hot rolled (HR) black or cold rolled (CR or DKP) raw material bands using high frequency welding (ERW) in advanced technology machines according to TS EN 10305-5 and TS EN 10305-3 production standards.
Dimensions and Sizes
In general, industrial pipe has standard types and sizes. The outer diameter of the industrial pipe has a size ranging from 13 mm to 219 mm. The so-called wall thickness may vary according to the customer's request and the needs of the area to be used. Nevertheless, it generally varied between 0.50 mm and 8.00 mm.
The so-called standard industrial pipe sizes 6 metres. However, it is also offered to you in sizes between 3.4 metres and 12.8 metres according to the need for reasonable use.
Areas of Use
Industrial pipes, which are used in many sectors, are especially used in construction and new constructions. It is also used in areas such as ship transport, road transport, chemical transport. According to each type and structure of the liquid that will pass or remain inside type of industrial pipe and its internal structure also varies.

Types
There are 3 different alternatives of industrial pipes; Industrial pipe with protective oil, galvanised coated industrial pipe and painted industrial pipe. The galvanising procedure is applied to hot rolled products and the resulting product offers a long-lasting, highly corrosion-resistant alternative.
Industrial pipe obtained with water-based paint is also among the preferred alternatives. Red, grey and black colour alternatives are supplied according to the customer's choice.
Another industrial pipe alternative, pipes coated with protective oil, are cold rolled products. The protective oil layer creates an effective protection area on industrial pipes and makes the product easier to use.

Industrial pipes, which can be produced in different qualities according to the needs, are mainly in CR and DKP group. DC01 - 6112 quality steel bands, in the hot group S235JR and S275JR It is manufactured from quality steel bands.
Surface Options
Hot rolled products with a wall thickness of 2.00 mm and above and diameters of 17 mm and above can be galvanised by hot dip galvanising method.
Hot rolled products are water dyed in black, grey or brick red colour,
Cold rolled products can be produced with protective oil.
